Influence of climatic factors on the interannual changes of the reproductive and length-weight parameters of the Scorpaena porcus in the Coastal Crimean waters

| Абстракт | Monitoring studies (2008-2019) were carried out and the influence of climatic factors on interannual changes in the length-weight and reproductive characteristics of Scorpaena porcus living on the Western shelf of the Crimea was investigated. It has been shown that the average annual linear size and weight of females and males increase in warmer years (correlation coefficient r = 0.80-0.86). It was found that the average long-term length of females exceeds the length of males by 1.1 cm (significance level α < 0.01). The dependence of the development of the reproductive system of S. porcus on the water temperature was found. Comparison with size, weight and reproductive parameters of S. porcus inhabiting the South-Eastern part of the Black Sea and Western shelf of the Crimea was carried out.
